Ceremony Package – $850

• All ceremony music which may include (some moments you may want a song might include… Prelude (music for your guests up to 15 mins before the wedding starts), the wedding party procession, the bride’s entry, communion, other special songs, the recessional (bride/groom and wedding party walking out) post wedding music while the guests are exiting.

• All sound equipment (speaker system/microphones/cords/stands)

• Set-Up and travel time within an hour from New Haven, CT. 

• A dapper musician/singer with a suit and tie.

 

Cocktail Hour Package – $850

• 1 full hour of live music picked by wedding couple or the musician from the musician's repertoire found here.

• All sound equipment (speaker system/microphones/cords/stands – up to two system setups for different locations)

• Travel time within an hour from New Haven, CT.

Extra Hour(s) of live music can be added to a Ceremony/Cocktail Hour Package or a Rehearsal Dinner Package at $150/30 min. increment.

 

Ceremony/Cocktail Hour Combo Package – $1,400 ($300 savings)

      For Ceremony:

• All ceremony music which may include (some moments you may want a song might include… Prelude (music for your guests up to 15 mins before the wedding starts), the wedding party procession, the bride’s entry, communion, other special songs, the recessional (bride/groom and wedding party walking out) post wedding music while the guests are exiting.

• All sound equipment (speaker system/microphones/cords/stands)

• Set-Up and travel time within an hour of New Haven, CT. 

• A dapper musician/singer with a suit and tie.

      For Cocktail Hour:

• 1 full hour of live music picked by wedding couple or the musician from the musician's repertoire found here.

• All sound equipment (speaker system/microphones/cords/stands – up to two PA system setups for different ceremony and cocktail hour locations)

Extra Hour(s) of live music can be added to a Ceremony/Cocktail Hour Package or a Rehearsal Dinner Package at $150/30 min. increment.

Rehearsal Dinner Package– $600

• 1 full hour of live music picked by wedding couple (or the musician if you prefer) from the musician's repertoire found here.

• All sound equipment.

• Musician dressed in a suit and tie (unless you'd like the musician dressed down.)

• Travel time within an hour from New Haven, CT.

 

Extra Hour(s) of live music can be added to a Ceremony/Cocktail Hour Package or a Rehearsal Dinner Package at $150/30 min. increment.

Additional Options:
 

First dance, father/daughter dance, other special dances, or "first look" – $75/Performance

(must be combined with a package)

This option is only available when a cocktail hour is booked.  Like the Ceremony, these moments are among the most important and remembered/videoed/photographed moments of a wedding day.

 

Live music for non-traditional weddings: $175/30 min. live music increment, or $350/hr.

Some couples aren't looking for the traditional services that I provide, but instead need live music for a 3 - 4 hour dinner experience, hang out, lawn game "chill by the fire" kind of moments, etc. This option is only available on it's own when booking at least 3 hours of live music.

Non-Repertoire Songs: $150/song

If you would like to request a song for any part of your wedding day celebration that is not in my repertoire, an additional fee of $150 is added for the time spent learning/perfecting your special song.

DJ Alternative Option: $300/hr (must be combined with a package)

Some couples don't want a full DJ experience, but they do want music they love, played through a high end sound system during dinner. They may also want a dancing portion of the evening with songs they love along with a wireless microphone and amplification for announcements and toasts, etc.

 

The DJ alternative option is perfect for couples who aren't looking for an all inclusive DJ, but do want a professional sound system to create different atmospheres during different moments of their reception. Because the "DJ Alternative" option is "a la cart," you just pay for the hours you need. Included in the pricing is a great sound system that rivals a normal DJ setup.

 

Lighting and smoke are also available to create fun atmosphere if desired. (There would be a one time $200 fee to add lighting and smoke machine)

You would simple create Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon Music playlists of the songs you want, and then send along your playlist.

​

A wireless microphone can also be available for introductions, toasts, addressing your guests, etc.

Additional Possible Fees:

Travel expense due to a wedding location more than one hour from New Haven, CT

When wedding occur more than one hour from New Haven, CT, there may be a extra travel fee associated with the extra travel costs that I will incur in getting to your wedding. If a wedding/reception is in the evening and I'm far from home, there's the possibility of me needing to stay in the area of the wedding.

For out-of-state weddings (weddings not located in CT), a temporary $200 minimum travel fee will be applied to your quote. This fee is for car wear/tear, tolls, parking, gas, food, drive time and possible room for the night if needed. If a room is not required, and gas, car wear/tear, food, tolls, etc. do not exceed $200, then the final travel expense line item will be lowered to the appropriate amount when the contract is presented to you.

Deposit Payment Options:

A deposit of 50% and a signed performance agreement is required to secure your booking.  I reserve the right to book another wedding on the day you’ve chosen until I’ve received your deposit and signed performance agreement, at which point, your wedding is officially booked with me. Deposits can be paid by check in the mail, by cash in person or electronically by Venmo.

 

Balance Payment Options:

The balance for live music services is to be paid in cash on the day of the performance or electronically on the day before the performance through Venmo ( www.venmo.com ). If in cash, most clients find it easiest to assign a best man or father to deliver the funds at some point during the day. Whatever works for you is good for me. I don’t want to add any stress to your day, so I’m flexible.
